Proverbs 1:7

7The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. (KJV)

Proverbs 17:24

24Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth. (KJV)

Proverbs 14:7
